Built in the 1930’s in downtown Flagstaff, this house was moved to the current foundation in 1980, all the charm of old downtown and the quiet of the country on the edge of town. Formal dining room off kitchen leads to living room. The living and dining rooms are separated from sunroom by large french doors. Oak floors have been restored in the sunroom,living room,dining room, the hallway and one of the bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. The stone hearth, lath and plaster walls with coved ceilings provide an elegant country atmosphere in the living room. A pleasant rear patio provides entry to the kitchen and a lovely view of the forest, and serves as an extra room for much of the year.
